1. Free Content

Deaf OTT may offer free content or free trial access. No payment is required for free services, and therefore no refunds apply to free content.

2. Paid Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If Deaf OTT introduces paid subscriptions or premium content in the future, the following terms will apply unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

2.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will stop future billing
  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
  • No refunds for partial usage or unused subscription periods
  • Refunds may be issued only if required by applicable law

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Deaf OTT does not store or process your credit/debit card or banking details.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of failed, duplicate, or incorrect transactions, users are requested to contact our support team with payment details. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

5. Service Issues

Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:

  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Device incompatibility
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • User error or misuse of the platform
